NRGGUIDE RED Basic Level Training

The NRGCOACH Basic Level training course teaches you in a full day the fundamentals of the NRGGUIDE RED Program. The participants learn the basics of the NRGGUIDE RED Program in a learning by doing environment. We go through all the progression steps and the key points of the Bronze, Silver and Gold course. We teach you all the exercises on court and part of it with kids.
