NRGGUIDE ORANGE Bundle – Yearly

The NRGGUIDE ORANGE Program includes three progressive skill levels, each with specific goals and competencies. Each program develops holistic skills like technical, tactical, physical and psychological skills. Those skills are integrated in each lesson to ensure the development of complete tennis players. The goal of the NRGGUIDE ORANGE Program Silver is to master the swing with directional control. In this program the split step and the tracking are introduced and developed. All the strokes are further developed that the players are ready to continue in the NRGGUIDE ORANGE Program Gold.
